2.1 Processing of personal data when visiting our website

When using the website for information purposes, i.e. simply viewing it without registering and without providing us with any other information, we process the personal data that your browser transmits to our server. The data described below is technically necessary for us to display our website to you and to ensure stability and security and must therefore be processed by us. In addition to the above-mentioned data, we use technical aids for various functions when you use our website, in particular cookies, which can be stored on your end device. Contract data for processing
Invoice data and data on past payment behaviour
Bank details (credit institution, bank details, credit information, etc.)

The processing is carried out at your request and is required in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR to fulfil the purpose of the contract or to carry out pre-contractual measures. Without the provision of this data, fulfilment would not be possible. The data collected by us will be stored until the expiry of the statutory retention periods and then deleted, unless longer storage obligations apply in accordance with Article 6 (1) (c) GDPR due to tax and company law retention and documentation obligations (from BAO or StGB) or you have consented to further storage in accordance with Article 6 (1) (a) GDPR.

3 External services

YouTube

We use YouTube on our website. YouTube is a video portal of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, hereinafter referred to as “YouTube”. We use YouTube to show you videos. The legal basis is consent pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR. Furthermore, the legal basis may also be Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. Our legitimate interest is to improve the quality of our website. A connection to YouTube is required in order to be able to display the respective video on our website via your internet browser. In this case, YouTube will at least record and process your IP address, the date, time and the website you visited. A connection is also established to Google’s “DoubleClick” advertising network. For the purpose of analysis, functionality and user behaviour, YouTube permanently stores cookies on your end device via your Internet browser.
