As a Security Consultant with a technical focus, you’ll combine strategic consulting with a hands-on mindset to deliver solutions that work in the real world.

Your Responsibilities

  1. Contribute your technical expertise as part of an experienced team supporting organizations with ISMS initiatives, particularly those based on ISO/IEC 27001 and NIS2.
  2. Analyze information security risks and derive practical technical and organizational security measures.
  3. Advise clients on the design and implementation of organizational and technical security controls (e.g. Identity & Access Management).
  4. Support the team during ISO/IEC 27001 and NIS2 audits.
  5. Develop and implement Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery concepts.
  6. Design and deliver security awareness training sessions.

Your Qualifications

  1. A degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related technical field.
  2. Practical experience administering or operating enterprise IT environments (e.g. Microsoft 365, cloud infrastructures, networks, or server environments).
  3. A solid understanding of core security concepts and technologies, including Identity & Access Management (IAM), network security, endpoint protection, and Zero Trust architectures.
  4. Initial hands-on experience with security technologies and implementing security controls in enterprise environments.
  5. Working knowledge of relevant security standards and best practices, such as the ISO/IEC 27000 family and BSI IT-Grundschutz.
  6. Familiarity with relevant regulatory frameworks, particularly NIS2, is an advantage.
  7. Strong analytical thinking combined with an independent and structured approach to work.
  8. Excellent written and spoken German and English.

We offer a gross annual salary starting at €75,000 for Senior positions (full-time). Depending on your qualifications and professional experience, we are prepared to offer a competitive salary above this minimum.
