To strengthen our Offensive Security team, we are looking for experienced and motivated Penetration Testers (m/f/d) to join us full-time. Part-time arrangements are also available.

This position is intended for professionals who already have hands-on experience in penetration testing or red teaming and are ready to independently lead offensive security engagements. Your Responsibilities

  1. Independently plan, execute, and deliver penetration tests, red team assessments, and other offensive security engagements.
  2. Prepare high-quality technical reports, including proof-of-concepts, risk assessments, and practical remediation recommendations.
  3. Manage and coordinate offensive security projects in close collaboration with clients and internal teams.
  4. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our Offensive Security services, internal tooling, methodologies, and delivery processes.
  5. Continuously expand your technical expertise in Cyber Security, Penetration Testing, and Red Teaming.
  6. Collaborate with our Defensive Security, Security Engineering, and Process Consulting practices to deliver holistic security solutions for our clients.

Your Qualifications

  1. Excellent written and spoken German and English.
  2. A degree in IT Security, Computer Science, Cyber Security, or a comparable qualification.
  3. At least 18 months of relevant professional experience in Penetration Testing, Red Teaming, or Offensive Security.
  4. Solid knowledge of current tools, methodologies, and trends in Penetration Testing, Application Security, and/or Red Team Assessments.
  5. Experience producing professional technical reports and providing both technical and organizational remediation recommendations.
  6. Relevant industry certifications such as OSCP, PNPT, CRTO, or equivalent are considered a plus.

The annual gross salary for this full-time position starts at EUR 65,000. Depending on your qualifications and professional experience, we are happy to offer a higher salary.
