To strengthen our Offensive Security team, we are looking for an Associate Security Consultant specializing in Penetration Testing and Red Teaming (m/f/d) to join us full-time. Part-time arrangements are also available.

Your Responsibilities

  1. Support the execution of penetration tests, red team assessments, and other offensive security engagements for our clients.
  2. Contribute to the creation of detailed technical reports, including proof-of-concepts, risk assessments, and tailored remediation recommendations.
  3. Assist in the continuous improvement of our internal tools, methodologies, and processes for Penetration Testing and Red Team Assessments.
  4. Continuously develop your technical and methodological expertise in Cyber Security, Penetration Testing, and Red Teaming.
  5. Collaborate with our Defensive Security, Security Engineering, and Process Consulting practices, gaining exposure to a broad range of Cyber Security disciplines.

Your Qualifications

  1. Excellent written and spoken German and English.
  2. Currently pursuing or completed a degree in IT Security, Computer Science, Cyber Security, or a comparable qualification.
  3. Alternatively, initial professional experience in IT or Cyber Security.
  4. Basic knowledge of common Penetration Testing methodologies and frameworks.
  5. First experience working with current Penetration Testing tools and technologies.
  6. Ideally, initial project experience or a relevant industry certification.

The annual gross salary for this full-time position starts at EUR 42,000. Depending on your qualifications and professional experience, we are happy to offer a higher salary.
