For this purpose, we use the service Brevo, provided by Sendinblue GmbH, Köpenicker Straße 126, 10179 Berlin, Germany, which processes your personal data on our behalf. We have concluded a data processing agreement with Sendinblue GmbH in accordance with Article 28 GDPR.

3. Transfer of Data to Third Parties

The data described above will only be transferred for the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy. Your personal data will only be disclosed to third parties on the basis of the legal grounds described above.

  2. For the remaining purposes (points b to e), we use the service Brevo, provided by Sendinblue GmbH, Köpenicker Straße 126, 10179 Berlin, Germany, which processes your personal data on our behalf. We have concluded a data processing agreement with Sendinblue GmbH in accordance with Article 28 GDPR.

The legal basis for processing your personal data is your consent pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. We store your personal data in our CRM system and e-mail distribution list until you withdraw your consent.

As a data subject under the GDPR, you are entitled to the following rights:
