We are currently looking for committed Penetration Testers (m/f/d) to strengthen our Offensive Security Team. We are looking for people interested in full-time employment, but are also open to part-time models. The position is aimed at people who have already worked as a penetration tester and/or have relevant experience in the field.
You can expect an exciting and dynamic working environment with great potential and the opportunity to make a real contribution. Support us in the development and implementation of new services as well as in the execution of penetration tests and red team assessments.
Your tasks
- Handling and execution of penetration tests, Red Team Assessments and other customer projects as part of the Offensive Security Team
- Creation of detailed reports incl. creation of proof-of-concepts, risk assessment and customer-specific solution recommendations
- Collaboration in the further development and optimization of internal tools, methods and processes for the execution of penetration tests and red team assessments
- Continuous learning and further development of your own skills in the areas of cyber security, red teaming and penetration testing
In addition, we offer you the opportunity to broaden your horizons in cooperation with the Defensive Security, Security Engineering and Process Consulting practices and thus drive your personal and professional development in a targeted manner.

Your qualifications
- Successfully completed studies/degree in the field of IT security, computer science, cyber security or comparable
- At least 18 months of relevant professional experience in the required areas of responsibility
- Good knowledge of current tools, methods and trends in penetration testing, application security and/or red team assessment
- Experience in the preparation of result reports and formulation of solution recommendations.
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills

For this position we offer a gross annual salary on a full-time basis from EUR 50,000 depending on experience level. Depending on qualifications and experience, there is a willingness to overpay.
