Your tasks
- Definition and coordination of strategies and guidelines for secure software development and operation
- Analysis of software development processes and elaboration of recommendations for action to achieve security goals
- Security analysis of applications, architectures and systems incl. gap analysis and preparation of recommendations for action
- Design and implementation of cyber security tools in software development processes
- Evaluation and introduction of new tools and technologies
- Coaching and training of customer employees, including for secure coding, secure software development methods and DevSecOps

Your qualifications
- Completed education (FH/University) with a focus on software engineering or cyber security
- Experience with common software development processes and methods (SCRUM, SecDevOps, etc.)
- Development experience with at least one high-level language or common scripting language (C#, Java, C++, Python, JavaScript, etc.)
- Knowledge of current tools and trends in software development
- Experience in performing security analyses and selecting and implementing security measures (technical, organizational)
- Experience in the design of software and security architectures
- Profound knowledge of relevant security standards and best practices (ISO 27k, BSI IT-Grundschutz, NIST RMF, OWASP ASVS, etc.)
- Analytical thinking, self-organized and precise way of working
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
We are also happy to give talented lateral entrants a chance. Professional experience in software development or cyber security is an advantage. As a senior candidate, you will have five years of relevant professional experience and proof of knowledge based on internationally recognized certifications.

For this position we offer a gross annual salary on a full-time basis from € 50,000 (Junior) or from € 70,000 (Senior). Depending on qualifications and experience, there is a willingness to overpay in line with the market.
