We are currently looking for committed Penetration Testers (m/f/d) to strengthen our Offensive Security Team. We are looking for people interested in full-time employment, but are also open to part-time models. The position is aimed at people who have already worked as a penetration tester and/or have relevant experience in the field.
You can expect an exciting and dynamic working environment with great potential and the opportunity to make a real contribution. Support us in the development and implementation of new services as well as in the execution of penetration tests and red team assessments.
Your tasks
- Carrying out penetration tests, Red Team Assessments and other customer projects as part of the Offensive Security Team
- Collaboration in the creation of detailed reports incl. creation of proof-of-concepts, risk assessment and customer-specific solution recommendations
- Collaboration in the further development and optimization of internal tools, methods and processes for the execution of penetration tests and red team assessments
- Continuous learning and further development of your own skills in the areas of cyber security, red teaming and penetration testing
In addition, we offer you the opportunity to broaden your horizons in cooperation with the Defensive Security, Security Engineering and Process Consulting practices and thus drive your personal and professional development in a targeted manner.

Your qualifications
- Ongoing training or studies in the field of IT security, computer science, cyber security or comparable professional experience in the field of IT
- Basic knowledge of penetration testing methods
- Basic knowledge of current tools and trends in the field of penetration testing
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills

For this position, we offer a gross annual salary on a full-time basis starting at EUR 42,000 depending on experience level. Depending on qualifications and experience, there is a willingness to overpay.
